1. Introduction

We appreciate you sharing your weight loss journey with Bolt Pharmacy. Participation in our “£75 Off Next Order for 6-Month Testimonial” offer (the Offer) is entirely voluntary. By submitting a testimonial, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to the terms below. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before taking part.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for this Offer, you must meet all the following conditions:

  • Active Patient: You are a current Bolt Pharmacy patient who has been on a Bolt treatment plan for at least 6 months.
  • Residence: You are a United Kingdom customer (the Offer is not available outside the UK).
  • Age: You are of legal adult age in the UK (18 years or older).
  • One Per Person: Each patient may receive this £75-off voucher only once. (You cannot claim multiple testimonial vouchers.)
  • Couples: If you and your partner are both eligible patients (each with 6+ months on treatment), each of you may participate and receive a £75 voucher. You can submit testimonials separately or together (e.g. a joint video); either way, one voucher will be issued per eligible person.
  • Exclusions: Employees, staff, or affiliates of Bolt Pharmacy (and their immediate family/household members) are not eligible for this Offer.

By participating, you also confirm that your testimonial is your own genuine experience as a Bolt Pharmacy patient.

3. How to Participate (Submission Process)

To take part in the Offer and receive your £75 discount voucher, please follow these steps:

  1. Prepare Your Testimonial: Record a short video (approximately 30-60 seconds) sharing your weight loss journey with Bolt Pharmacy. Feel free to mention your progress, how you’ve found the treatment, and any tips or thoughts for others.
  2. Send It In: Email your testimonial to our secure inbox at **6mr@boltpharmacy.co.uk** with the subject [LAST NAME] – 6 Month Video Testimonial. In your email, please include: – Your full name and the email address associated with your Bolt Pharmacy account so we can verify your eligibility. – If applicable, mention that you are submitting as a couple (and include your partner’s name) so we know to issue two vouchers. – Attach your video file or photo and text. Accepted video formats include common file types like .mp4 or .mov (keep the file reasonably sized if possible). For photos, a clear JPEG/PNG image is ideal. – You do not need to include any sensitive personal medical details in the testimonial – just your general experience. (We already have your medical info on file; no need to share it publicly.)
  3. Confirmation & Verification: Once we receive your email, our team will review your submission. We will verify that: – You meet the 6-month patient eligibility and other criteria. – Your testimonial content meets our guidelines (see Section 4 below). – You have clearly given permission for us to share your story (by agreeing to these terms, you are providing that permission). If anything is missing, we may reach out to you via email for clarification or to obtain explicit consent.
  4. Receive Your Voucher: After approval, we will issue your £75 off voucher. This will typically be in the form of a unique discount code sent to you via email (to the same email used for your submission, unless otherwise specified). We aim to send your voucher code within 7 days of confirming your submission meets all requirements. You can then apply this voucher code to your next Bolt Pharmacy order at checkout. (If you don’t see the email within a week, please check your spam folder or contact our support.)

Important: The £75 discount voucher will only be provided if you agree to allow Bolt Pharmacy to share your testimonial (video, images, and story) on our platforms. If you send a submission but do not want it shared publicly, we respect that decision – however, it means we cannot issue the voucher (since the Offer’s purpose is to share real patient stories). We will never share your story without your permission.

4. Testimonial Content Guidelines

We want you to tell your story in a way that you’re comfortable, but we do have a few simple guidelines to ensure all testimonials are appropriate and useful to others:

  • Honest and Authentic: Your testimonial should reflect your genuine personal experience with our weight loss treatment. Please be truthful about your journey and results. (Do not exaggerate or fabricate outcomes – honesty helps others who may be considering treatment.) By submitting, you promise that everything you say or show is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Personal Experience: Focus on your own journey. You’re welcome to mention how you felt before versus now, what motivated you, how Bolt Pharmacy supported you, and any advice for others.
  • Privacy and Sensitivity: Do not include sensitive personal data that you’re not comfortable sharing publicly. For example, avoid showing identifiable information like your address, medical record details, or anything you consider private. It’s fine to use your first name in the video or caption, but you do not have to mention your full name on camera if you prefer not to – we can share your story with just a first name or pseudonym.
  • Respectful Content: Keep the language and visuals appropriate for a broad audience. Do not include profanity, nudity, or offensive remarks. Also, please avoid making any medical claims or giving medical advice – speak to your own results and experience instead. (We will not publish testimonials that include misleading health claims or inappropriate content.)
  • Original Material: The testimonial (whether video, photo, or text) should be your own original content. Please do not use third-party copyrighted material in your submission. For example, avoid background music in your video or images that you do not have rights to. If someone else helps film you, that’s fine – we just need to make sure we have the rights to use everything in your testimonial. By submitting, you confirm that Bolt Pharmacy has permission to use all elements of your content.
  • Featuring Others: If you show or mention other people in your story (e.g. a partner, friend, or doctor), please ensure they are comfortable being included and that you have their permission. For couples doing a joint testimonial, both partners should explicitly agree to participate.
  • Editing: We may lightly edit your submission for clarity or length if needed before sharing it. For instance, we might trim a video for time or correct minor grammar/spelling in written text. We will not alter the meaning of your story. By submitting, you allow us to make these minor edits or add Bolt Pharmacy branding (e.g. an intro/outro or subtitles) to the testimonial content.

Bolt Pharmacy reserves the right, at our discretion, to decline or remove any testimonial that does not meet these guidelines or the Terms (for example, if a video is inappropriate or we suspect it’s not an authentic customer story). In such cases, we may choose not to issue the voucher. If that happens, we will inform you and, if appropriate, may offer you a chance to re-submit a corrected testimonial.

5. Consent and Usage of Your Testimonial

By submitting your testimonial for this Offer, you are granting Bolt Pharmacy certain rights to use and share your story. We’ve outlined those rights in plain language here:

  • Permission to Share: You give Bolt Pharmacy permission to use your testimonial content (video, images, and/or written story) for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes displaying or reposting your testimonial on our website, on Bolt Pharmacy’s official social media accounts (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit), on review platforms like Trustpilot, and in other marketing materials (for example, in emails to other patients, digital or print ads, or on our blog). We may also quote from your testimonial or paraphrase it in combination with other testimonials.
  • Scope of Use: You understand that when we share your testimonial, it will be in the public domain where others can see it. We might use your first name and the first letter of your last name (or some identifier like “Bolt patient, Age 45”) alongside your story, but we will not disclose your full name, contact details, or any personal medical information publicly without your explicit consent. If you prefer to use a nickname, just let us know – we can accommodate that while still sharing the essence of your journey.
  • No Additional Compensation: Other than the £75-off voucher that is part of this Offer, you understand that you will not receive any additional payment or royalties for Bolt Pharmacy’s use of your testimonial. The voucher is a one-time courtesy for sharing your story. You won’t be entitled to any future compensation even if we continue to use your testimonial in our marketing.
  • Editing and Adaptation: You allow Bolt Pharmacy to edit, repost, or repurpose your testimonial content as needed. This means we might cut or edit your video for length, resize or crop your images, correct minor typos in text, or translate your testimonial into other formats or languages (for example, adding subtitles to your video, or combining snippets of your video with others in a montage). We will always aim to preserve the genuine message of your story and not distort your words.
  • Duration of Use: You grant us the right to use your testimonial for up to 5 years from the date of submission. We may reuse or feature your story multiple times within this period across various platforms. After 5 years, we will cease active use of your content in new materials. (Note that content already published online may remain accessible or archived beyond this period, but we will not deliberately continue to feature it in new campaigns.)
  • Right to Withdraw: We appreciate your contribution, and we want you to be comfortable. If at any point you change your mind about having your story shared, you have the right to withdraw your consent for future use. Let us know in writing (emailing us at support@boltpharmacy.co.uk or the 6mr@boltpharmacy.co.uk address). We will then stop using your testimonial in any new marketing and will take down (or anonymize) the content from our own channels within a reasonable time. Keep in mind, however, that we cannot fully erase content that has already been shared on certain third-party platforms or that has been further distributed (for example, if your post was shared or re-posted by others). We will do our best to remove what we control. Withdrawing consent will not affect your voucher if it’s already been issued; you won’t have to return the voucher or anything like that.
  • License: In legal terms, by submitting your testimonial you give Bolt Pharmacy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your testimonial content, in any media or platform we operate. Non-exclusive just means you can still use your own story/video however you like elsewhere; royalty-free means we don’t owe you fees for each use; derivative works can include things like clipped versions of your video or combined videos. This license is what allows us to feature your story in our outreach efforts.
  • Waiver of Approval/Rights: You agree that we may use your testimonial without requiring further approval from you on each use. (We will not spam or misuse it, of course – this is just so we don’t have to ask permission every time we want to feature the story you already allowed.) You also waive any moral rights or rights of publicity you might have in the content, to the extent permissible by law. This sounds heavy, but it simply means you won’t sue us for using your video as agreed, and you won’t demand to approve every edit or claim the content was used in a context you didn’t expect – as long as we use it within the scope of these terms.

Trustpilot and External Platforms: If we share your testimonial on third-party platforms (like Trustpilot, Instagram, or Reddit), those platforms might display your content according to their own terms of service. For example, if we post your video on Instagram, it might be subject to Instagram’s usage and distribution rules. We recommend reviewing the privacy settings and terms of any platform where your story might appear. Bolt Pharmacy will always post such content from our official accounts and manage it per our agreement with you, but we don’t control those external sites’ operations or how other users on those platforms might interact with your posted testimonial (such as commenting on it or sharing it).

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Protecting your personal data is extremely important to us. When you participate in this Offer, some of your personal data will be processed. Here’s how we handle it:

  • Personal Data Collected: The information and media you submit for the testimonial (which may include your name, video of you, photos of you, and the personal stories you share about your health journey) are considered personal data. Bolt Pharmacy is the data controller for this information under data protection laws. We will also use your contact details (email address, and if needed your patient account info) to administer the Offer and send your voucher.
  • Use of Data: We will use the data only for purposes of this Offer – namely, to verify your eligibility, to issue your £75 voucher, and to publish your testimonial on the channels you’ve permitted. If we publish your story, we will typically include your first name (or an alias if you prefer) and possibly general information like how long you’ve been on treatment or how much weight you lost, but we will not publish sensitive personal identifiers (like last name, contact info, exact dates of treatment, or medical details) without your consent. Any health-related details you provide (e.g. “I lost X kg” or “my starting BMI was Y”) will be treated as part of the testimonial content that you have consented to share. We will never edit in any additional health information about you that you didn’t provide in the testimonial.
  • Storage and Security: Your submitted videos, photos, and stories will be stored securely on our systems. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data – for example, the inbox 6mr@boltpharmacy.co.uk is accessible only by authorized Bolt Pharmacy staff managing this campaign. Internally, your testimonial content may be shared with our marketing team and any contractors helping us produce or post the content (who will all be bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations). We will not sell or share your raw testimonial data with unrelated third parties. If we use third-party services to help create promotional materials (for instance, a video editor or a social media scheduling tool), we will ensure they also handle your data securely and in compliance with privacy laws.
  • Retention Period: We will retain your testimonial (and any personal data within it) for up to 5 years from the date of submission. This retention allows us to reuse your story in our marketing for a reasonable period. After 5 years, we will delete or permanently anonymize the personal data in our storage. Published content on our own website or social pages will be removed or archived at that time as well. (As noted, content shared on third-party platforms might remain according to those platforms’ cache or archive policies, but we will not actively continue to display it after 5 years.) We may keep minimal information beyond 5 years if required for legal reasons (e.g. record of the fact you received a voucher, which might be kept in our transaction records), but the testimonial content itself will not be actively used.
  • Your Data Rights: In line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and related laws, you have rights regarding your personal data. This includes the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it if it’s wrong, or to request deletion of your data. As mentioned in Section 5, you also have the right to withdraw your consent for our use of your testimonial at any time. If you have any questions or requests about your data, you can contact us at privacy@boltpharmacy.co.uk or refer to our full Privacy Policy on our website. Participating in this Offer is optional, and choosing not to participate (or later withdrawing) will not affect your regular medical care or relationship with Bolt Pharmacy.
  • Compliance: Bolt Pharmacy will handle your information in compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your data as described in these Terms & Conditions and our general Privacy Policy. By submitting a testimonial, you agree that we may process your personal data for these purposes.

7. £75 Voucher Terms and Conditions

If you successfully submit a testimonial and meet all the requirements, you will receive a voucher code worth £75 off your next Bolt Pharmacy order. This voucher is our way of saying thanks, but it does come with a few conditions for its use:

  • One-Time Use: The £75-off voucher code can be used only once. After it’s applied to an order, it has no remaining value. Each code is unique to the participant and cannot be re-used or re-issued (except in cases of technical error).
  • Non-Transferable: The voucher is non-transferable. It is intended for your personal use only (the patient who provided the testimonial). You must not sell, share, or give your code to others. (Bolt Pharmacy reserves the right to invalidate a voucher if we suspect it’s been transferred or misused by someone who isn’t the intended recipient.)
  • No Cash Value: The voucher has no cash alternative. It can only be redeemed as a discount against the purchase price of eligible Bolt Pharmacy products/services. You cannot exchange the £75 credit for money, and no change or credit will be given if your order total is less than £75.
  • Not Combinable: The £75-off discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. This means you cannot apply it on an order that is already benefitting from another coupon, referral bonus, sale pricing, or any special deal. Only one promotion can be applied per order, and the testimonial voucher will not stack with other discounts.
  • Validity Period: Your voucher code will have an expiry of 60 days from the date we issue it (the exact expiration date will be provided when we send your code). You must use the code before this date; otherwise it will expire and become void. Plan your next order accordingly. Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated or replaced.
  • Eligible Orders: The voucher is valid for one future order of prescription weight-loss treatment (or related products) through Bolt Pharmacy. All standard prescription approval processes and medical eligibility requirements still apply to any order. This voucher does not guarantee that you will receive a medication or refill; you must still complete your consultation and be approved by our clinicians for the next supply of treatment as usual. If, for any reason, you are not approved for a new order or no longer a patient (for example, if a clinician determines the treatment isn’t appropriate for you at that time), then the voucher cannot be used until such approval is obtained.
  • Geographic Limit: The voucher is only valid for customers in the United Kingdom and for orders delivered within the UK. It won’t apply to any international orders or outside our service area.
  • Age Restriction: You must still meet our treatment age restrictions at the time of redeeming the voucher. (Bolt Pharmacy only prescribes to adults 18+, so effectively the voucher cannot be used by anyone under 18 or on behalf of someone under 18.)
  • No Duplication: Only one voucher per person will be issued for this testimonial program. Even if you submit multiple testimonials or updates, the Offer is limited to one £75 discount per patient. (However, this does not prevent you from also taking advantage of other future Bolt Pharmacy promotions you might separately qualify for – it just means you can’t get another £75 for another testimonial once you’ve already received one.)
  • Voucher Code Security: Treat your voucher code like any other personal code. If you suspect that your code has been stolen, leaked, or used without permission, please contact us immediately. We may or may not be able to reissue a code depending on the circumstances (and we reserve the right to decline reissuing if misuse is suspected).
  • No Liability for Lost Codes: Bolt Pharmacy is not responsible if a voucher code is lost, deleted, or cannot be retrieved by the participant (for instance, if you accidentally delete the email). If you have not received your code or have misplaced it, contact our support team – we will try to help, but cannot guarantee a replacement in all cases, especially if the code was already used.

8. Additional Terms and General Conditions

Please note the following additional terms that apply to this £75-off testimonial Offer:

  • Offer Duration: This Offer is currently valid from the launch date and is an ongoing promotion. Bolt Pharmacy reserves the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time for any reason. If we decide to end or change the Offer, we will honor vouchers already earned from approved testimonials submitted before the termination date (provided those submissions met the terms at the time of sending). We may announce the end of the promotion via our website or communications, but we are not obligated to give advance notice.
  • Changes to Terms: We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions if necessary to improve clarity or ensure compliance with legal requirements. If the terms change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. For any significant changes, we will do our best to inform participants (for example, via email or a notice on our site). However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued participation or use of the voucher implies acceptance of any revised terms.
  • No Waiver: Participation in this Offer does not waive or alter any medical advice or requirements you have as a patient. You should continue to follow your prescribed treatment and medical guidance. Sharing your story is separate from your treatment plan – always prioritize your health and consult our medical team with any concerns.
  • Health Disclaimer: Your results are personal to you. When we share testimonials, they are individual experiences and do not guarantee or predict outcomes for others. Weight loss and health results vary by person. Bolt Pharmacy’s treatments come with medical oversight, and any decisions about your care will be based on your individual circumstances, not on others’ stories. We present testimonials to inspire and inform, not as a promise of particular results.
  • No Endorsement by Platforms: When your testimonial is shared on third-party platforms (e.g. Trustpilot or social media), it doesn’t mean those platforms endorse Bolt Pharmacy. Likewise, any trademarks or names of those platforms mentioned in these terms are owned by their respective companies and only referred to for clarity.
  • Communication: Any communication regarding this Offer (submissions, questions, consent withdrawal, etc.) should be sent to 6mr@boltpharmacy.co.uk or to our customer support contact points listed on our website. We will communicate with you via email or phone (if provided) primarily. Please ensure your contact details are up to date in your Bolt account so we can reach you if needed.
  • Limitation of Liability: Bolt Pharmacy will do its best to run this Offer smoothly. However, we cannot be held liable for issues or losses that are not within our reasonable control. This includes, for example, technical failures (like emails not delivered, files we can’t open, etc.), or any unforeseen problems that might delay or prevent a testimonial from being received or a voucher from being issued. Our responsibility to participants in this Offer is to either provide the £75 voucher as promised (for those who meet the terms) or, in the case of any issue on our side, to communicate and try to resolve it. Beyond the £75 value of the voucher, we do not accept liability for any direct or indirect damages relating to your participation in this Offer or use of the voucher. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this limitation.
  • Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify any participant from this Offer (or revoke a voucher code, if issued) if we find or reasonably suspect that there has been a violation of these Terms & Conditions. This could include false information, fraudulent activity, attempting to claim the voucher without actually meeting the criteria, or any manipulation of the process. We also reserve the right to ban participants from future promotions if serious abuse is observed. Any decision to disqualify or not issue a voucher is made to protect the integrity of the Offer and will be made fairly at our discretion. Our decisions in all matters regarding the Offer shall be final.
  • Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions (and any dispute or claim arising from them or the Offer) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By participating, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We do not anticipate any disputes – we truly just want to celebrate your success – but this is a standard clause in case of any legal questions.
  • Relationship to General Terms: These Offer-specific Terms & Conditions are in addition to Bolt Pharmacy’s general terms of service and any other policies (like our Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale) which also apply to your use of our services. If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and our general Terms & Conditions specifically regarding this promotional Offer, these Terms shall take precedence for matters relating to the Offer. Otherwise, all other general terms remain in effect.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the terms will remain fully valid and enforceable.
  • Acceptance: By sending in your testimonial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the Offer. You’re welcome to continue using Bolt Pharmacy services without participating – there is no obligation to take part in this promotion.

Bolt Pharmacy Customer Insight Survey – Terms & Conditions

By completing the Bolt Customer Insight Survey, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern the “Bolt Customer Insight Survey” promotion, in which eligible participants receive a £10 discount code upon survey completion.

1. Eligibility

  • Residence and Age: This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Participants must be of legal age to purchase pharmacy products.
  • Exclusions: Employees of Bolt Healthcare Ltd (trading as Bolt Pharmacy), its affiliated companies, agents, and immediate family/household members of such employees are not eligible to receive the discount code.
  • One Per Person: Only one survey submission and one discount code per individual is permitted. Multiple entries by the same person (or use of multiple email addresses by one person) are not allowed and may result in disqualification from the promotion.

2. Survey Participation and Reward

  • Survey Completion: To qualify for the reward, participants must complete the Bolt Customer Insight Survey (hosted at SurveyKing.com) in full and submit it. Incomplete or partial survey submissions will not be eligible for the £10 discount code.
  • Reward Description: Eligible participants who successfully complete and submit the survey will receive a £10 discount code after survey completion. The code is intended as a thank-you for your feedback and can be used on your next purchase at Bolt Pharmacy.
  • Delivery of Code: The £10 discount code will be sent to the email address provided by the participant in the survey. Please ensure a valid and accessible email is provided. Bolt Pharmacy is not responsible for any failure to deliver the discount code due to invalid contact information or technical issues beyond our control.
  • Agreement to Terms: By participating in the survey, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you acknowledge that Bolt Pharmacy’s standard terms of sale and policies (including any medical consultation requirements for prescription medications) continue to apply to all purchases.

3. Discount Code Usage

  • One-Time Use: The £10 discount code is issued for one-time use only, valid for a single order on the Bolt Pharmacy website. Each code is unique to the recipient and cannot be reused or combined with any other discount code or promotion in the same transaction.
  • No Expiration: The discount code does not have an expiration date and can be redeemed at any time. (No expiry date is currently set for this code, so it remains valid until used.)
  • Minimum Purchase Requirement: A minimum purchase of £30.00 in product value is required to redeem the £10 discount code. This means your order subtotal must be at least £30 (excluding any delivery fees or other charges) before applying the discount. This minimum spend threshold is set in line with current medication pricing and industry best practices to ensure the promotion is used for a meaningful purchase.
  • Non-Transferable & No Cash Value: The discount code is non-transferable and intended for the original recipient’s use only. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The code may not be sold, traded, or reproduced. Any attempt to transfer or sell the code will render it void.
  • Not for Use on Sale Items or Other Offers: The £10 discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. It will not apply to items that are already on sale or discounted. If an order contains a sale/discounted item, Bolt Pharmacy reserves the right to invalidate or remove the £10 discount for that order.
  • How to Redeem: To use the code, enter it at the checkout page on boltpharmacy.co.uk when making your next purchase. £10 will be deducted from the total eligible amount, provided the order meets the minimum spend requirement and other conditions herein.
  • One Code per Order: Only one £10 discount code can be applied per order. The code cannot be split across multiple orders, and unused value (if any) will be forfeited (for example, if you use the code on an order where the £10 is greater than the order total, no residual balance or credit will remain).
  • Order Cancellations/Refunds: All orders placed using the discount code remain subject to Bolt Pharmacy’s approval and standard dispensing policies. If an order (or any part of it) made using the code is cancelled or refunded (for example, if our prescriber declines to approve a medication for clinical reasons), you will be refunded only any amount you actually paid (excluding the £10 discount value). This includes, without limitation, issues with the SurveyKing platform or email delivery failures.
  • Use of the Code: Bolt Pharmacy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the £10 discount code, except to the extent that such liability cannot be lawfully excluded. By using the code, you assume all responsibility for ensuring that your order meets the conditions and that you use the code in accordance with these terms.
  • No Indirect Liability: The Promoter and its affiliates, agents, or partners will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost opportunities, revenue, or data) arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the use of the discount code.

7. General Conditions

  • No Cash Alternative: The £10 discount code is provided as-is for promotional use only. It is not refundable or exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other benefit. No alternative rewards are available. (The code’s face value £10 is not legal tender and cannot be withdrawn as cash.)
  • Non-Transferability: The promotion reward is personal to the participant. Any discount code issued is linked to the survey participant and may not be transferred to any other individual or entity. If we suspect that a code is being used by someone other than the intended recipient or has been reproduced/shared fraudulently, we reserve the right to cancel that code.
  • Combination with Other Offers: As noted, this discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers. If multiple promotions are available, only one can be applied per order, at our discretion. Other coupons or loyalty credits cannot be applied in the same transaction as the survey discount code.
  • Right to Amend or Withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this survey promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances arise that are beyond our control or if we deem it necessary to ensure fairness or safety.   • Participation: Your participation in the survey is voluntary, and you may choose to not answer any question you are uncomfortable with (though only fully completed surveys are eligible for the reward). There is no purchase necessary to take part in the survey. However, to use the £10 discount code, a purchase meeting the conditions above is required.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the use of the discount code), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating, you agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the promotion. All communications and contracts will be in English.
