Simply head over to the relevant treatment page for the condition you require treatment for and complete the consultation questionnaire. After this you will be able to select your preferred treatment medication and pay using our checkout function. Our clinicians will then review your questionnaire and if suitable we will process your request and post out usually the same day when ordered before 12pm. If for any reason you are not suitable for treatment we will issue a refund within 24 hours.
As a regulated clinical service provider, we are legally obligated to verify your identity before we can prescribe or supply you with any medication. This is the same as when registering with your GP or Dentist. The I.D. Document you supply is simply used to verify your online account details are current and accurate.
It is a regulatory requirement for online pharmacies and service providers to visually verify patients requesting weightloss injections. To do this we request you send a recent photograph of yourself which we validate against your I.D. Document. The Requirements for the photograph are:
  • Recently Taken (no more than 30 days ago)
  • Colour Photo
  • Unedited and without filters
  • Full Length Photo (including head and body)
  • Clear and unobstructed.
  These are used for account verification only and then promptly deleted. All photos are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR regulations.
We never share your information with anybody outside of our clinical prescribers and pharmacy team. All your account and medical data is kept completely confidential.
Yes. We only use plain, brown packaging and avoid any externally viewable labels or branding. We value your privacy and therefore make sure that all our products are shipped without any identifiable information on the outside so that the contents of your package are never revealed without opening the parcel.
An online pharmacy is a website that allows customers to purchase prescription drugs and other health-related products over the internet. These pharmacies operate in the same way as traditional brick-and-mortar pharmacies, but with the added convenience of being able to order medications from the comfort of your own home.
You can type in the name of the medicine directly into our search or you can head over to treatments page and click on the relevant condition to bring up the medicines.
We have partnered with Paypal to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
You can monitor your order’s status by logging into your account and checking ‘My Latest Order’ at any time. Throughout the entire order process, you will receive email notifications. Upon payment, you’ll get an order confirmation email, and we’ll also notify you via email when your order is dispatched, you will then get a email from Royal Mail with all your tracking information so you know exactly when your item is being delivered.
Certain medications available for purchase fall under legal classifications such as ‘Pharmacy’ or ‘Prescription-Only’ medicines. ‘Pharmacy’ medicines can solely be dispensed from a registered pharmacy under the oversight of a pharmacist. On the other hand, ‘Prescription-Only’ medicines necessitate a valid prescription for supply. To ensure the safety and effectiveness of any treatment we provide, we ask you to complete a questionnaire so that our clinicians can check its suitability.
