Delivery Information

We have partnered with Royal Mail to offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs. Royal Mail stands as the UK’s most recognised postal service provider. On the delivery day, Royal Mail may send you a delivery window, usually spanning four hours, in the morning. All our medicines are delivered discreetly using plain brown packaging.

It’s important to remember that Royal Mail offers limited services on Sundays or public holidays. This will be reflected in the estimated delivery times provided during checkout and should be considered when placing an order.

Should you be away during the delivery attempt, the Royal Mail courier will leave a notification card. This card includes information on where to collect your parcel or how to schedule another delivery attempt. You have the option to arrange for redelivery as soon as the following business day through the provided link on the card or via your parcel tracking link.

We send all deliveries via Royal Mail Tracked 24  at a flat cost of £3.90. This includes cold chain deliveries for weight loss injections.


Refund and Return Policy for Medicines

We value your health and safety, and we want to ensure that you receive the best quality medicines from us. However, due to legal and health regulations, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of medicines once they have left our pharmacy. This is because we cannot guarantee the safety and efficacy of returned medicines, and we cannot reuse them for other customers. If you have any unwanted or unused medicines, please do not dispose of them in the bin or flush them down the toilet. Instead, please bring them to any local pharmacy for safe and environmentally friendly disposal.

If you have placed an order for medicines that are to be delivered by post, you can cancel your order at any time before your medicine is dispatched. To do so, please contact our customer service team by phone or email, and provide your order number and details. We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that we cannot cancel or refund your order once your medicine has been shipped. It is your responsilbity for someone to be at the address when the medicine is delivered and we are unable to provide any refunds for missed deliveries. If you have been provided with the wrong prescription-only medicines or upon receipt of delivery, the packaging is damaged or could have been tampered with, please let us know immediately and do not use them. We shall advise you with regard to the appropriate disposal and re-ordering. If you have paid for your medicines, you will be refunded any amounts due if the prescription-only medicines are wrong, damaged or faulty. You are not otherwise entitled to cancel an order for a prescription-only medicine and receive a refund if you simply change your mind.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
