3.4.4 Prescribed medication is dispensed by a UK registered pharmacist, as indicated on the provided prescription.
3.5 Warranties
3.5.1 Warranties by You: Truthful and honest disclosure in the online consultation is mandatory. Untruthful answers void the agreement.
3.5.2 Warranties by Us: Confidentiality and proper handling of your information by the prescriber and our pharmacy team.

3.8 Ordering Goods from Us
3.8.1 As per The Consumer Rights Act 2015, specific legal rights apply.

3.8.4 Order completion upon submission of a medical questionnaire to our prescriber.

3.11 Right to Refund and Cancel
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 – Part 3 – Right to cancel – Regulation 28 specifies exceptions to the right to cancel for medicines.
3.11.1 Due to the nature of the products sold, no refunds once the items have been dispatched. Cancellation up to dispatch is possible.
3.11.2 Full refund will be provided for pre-dispatch cancellation.
3.11.3 Refund issued within 10 days of cancellation notice.
3.11.4 Refund through initial transaction means no fees incurred.
3.11.5 Contract termination does not waive outstanding monetary obligations.
