As the festive season approaches, we understand the importance of maintaining continuity in your treatment without any disruptions. The period between December and January is traditionally marked by high demand and potential delays in delivery services. Our courier partners have advised that there will be limited deliveries during Christmas week and they may take longer than the usual 1-2 days. In response to these challenges, we are introducing an early ordering option to safeguard your health and well-being.

By placing your orders early, you can avoid the risk of delayed deliveries and ensure that you have sufficient supply for uninterrupted treatment. To further ease this process, we are allowing the option to order a two-month supply. We encourage you to take advantage of this early ordering option to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Orders due between 12th December and 7th January can be ordered now for early dispatch (please store your pen in the fridge until it is ready for use).

Final cut-off for dispatch prior to Christmas will be December 20th at 12pm. Any orders made after this will be start to be processed December 27th onwards.
